In response to the international interest in the online training in our methods through the platform www.breadtherapy.net, we are happy to share that we recently published the book Bread Therapy:Community Baking Stories from Around the World. It is both an intriguing read with personal stories by the BHN Founder Nadezhda Savova-Grigorova, alongside 100+ photographs from around the world, and at the same time the book is an introductory toolkit with case studies on the diverse Bread Therapy methods. It is especially useful for those who are not sure yet if they are ready to take the full in-depth training and turn Bread Therapy into their profession, and, really, for anyone who enjoys bread and its beautiful multiple facets evident in daily life and in the global cultural diversity: from being a powerful universal symbol and the easiest form of art and cooking, uniting all senses, to how it connects us to home, has low access and, ultimately, communicates beyond language. After more than 10 years of global work, we firmly believe that Bread Therapy is easy to replicate in any country and setting, and last but not least, it requires little resources.
You can order the book here. Enjoy!
