- UNAOC #OneHumanity microsite – BHN initiative ‘Solidarity Bread’ was involved as a good practice of solidarity in the face of COVID-19
- VOLONTEUROPE – ‘Solidarity Bread’ Award for the Most Innovative Volunteer Initiative for 2019
- URBiNAT ,a Natural Based Solutions Global Catalogue – BHN model presented as a good practice in the field of Social and Solidarity Economy which “puts in dialogue the physical structure and the social dimension of the public space”.
- RACCOMBAT, a platform aiming at presenting and sharing “tools and mechanisms to prevent and combat racism and xenophobia against non-nationals throughout their whole integration in society” presents the practice of bread making for inclusion, developed by the Bread Houses Network as a potent tool to foster tolerance and mutual respect.
- FOOD PODCAST, a podcast on European food-related initiatives aiming at social and environmental change presented the concept of a Bread House as a community center functionning as a social enterprise
- Mont-Blank Global Meeting on Social Solidarity Economy Initiative of the Year 2017 Award;
- The European Commission’s platform on Social Integration Good Practices listed the Bread Houses Network as a model for social integration.
- Award of “Iconic Innovative Trailblazers of the Decade” at the World Women Economic Forum 2016, with 1500 delegates from 75 countries
- Our game “Bakers without Borders” was awarded the global Intercultural Innovation Award (IIA) 2016 by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the BMW Group, selected amongst close to 1000 applications from more than 120 countries.
- BHN recognized as a good practice model by the European Social Innovation Network
